Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Tot Instructor to join our team. While no formal gymnastics experience is required, a passion for working with young children (ages walking to 4 years old) and an ability to create a nurturing and enjoyable learning environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting classes for young children, ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and educational experience.

  • Taking attendance, communicating with parents about their children’s progress, and maintaining a clean and inviting gym environment.

  • Opportunities to work during open gyms, birthday parties, and other special events for additional hours and compensation.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in gymnastics or a related field.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required.

  • CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
