Job Description:

We are in search of a dedicated and experienced Competitive Team Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior team coaching experience and a passion for guiding young gymnasts through levels 2 - 5.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coaching and mentoring gymnasts through competitive levels 2 - 5, ensuring their safety and progress.

  • Conducting regular practice sessions and preparing gymnasts for competitions.

  • Communicating effectively with parents regarding the progress and development of their children.

  • Performing light weekly cleaning to maintain a tidy and inviting gym space.

  • Opportunities to work during open gyms, birthday parties, and other special events for additional hours and compensation.

Qualifications:

  • Prior team coaching experience is required.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required.

  • CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
